If you are a Compilator customer, you can read a more detailed news summary by logging into your account.
Electronic orders
As the first independent tyre programme supplier, DackData can offer direct connection to the stockrooms of several suppliers. This lets the garage know quickly what tyres can be delivered and when. It also facilitates order and delivery management. Read more >>
Dimension conversion
When performing a tyre search, DackData can always show alternative tyre dimensions. Alternative tyre dimensions are based either on EU-approval or traditionally (+/- 5%). DackData can either show all alternative dimensions or only the ones you stock. You can also base the conversion on rim width. View screen shot >>
Order Points
The stockroom now includes order points for both low and high season. You can select on which one of these you want to base DackData’s order suggestions.
Improved storage
The storage module has been completely changed in DackData version 2005. Using the new storage module, you can store any number of wheels from one vehicle, several sets for the same vehicle, and also sets not belonging to a vehicle. Read more >>
Improved time book
The time book now has a queuing system that handles drop-in customers. You may use the queuing system on its own or combined with traditional bookings in the time book. A quick overview has been introduced, integration with storage is improved and the whole time book is faster.
New rethreading module
The new version offers, among other things, control of the flow of casings from the retailer and back. DackData also keeps track of customer casing purchases, casing storage and casing sales. Read more >>
