Remote help
Compilator offers remote help, where your computer becomes accessible to Compilator support staff via the Internet.
If you need help, first contact Compilator to receive an errand number .

To connect, you click the ”Start remote help” button. A small programme will then be downloaded to your computer. Select ”run” in the dialogue box shown [Picture 1]

When you have selected ’run’, this safety warning will appear. To proceed, click Run.

The programme NetOp On Demand Remote Control will now start. To proceed, click Continue.

To proceed and connect to remote help, you now enter your errand number that you have received over the phone from the Compilator support. Then it is time to click Connect.
